ACADEMY PROGRAMMES 

        1.Academy Individual Training: Full-time Weekly Training Program

Age: 12 to adult

Level: Intermediate to Elite

 

Typical Weekly Schedule…

 

We can Design a Programme

to Best Suit Your Needs

– Group daytime –  2 hour session

– Group afternoon – 2.5 hour session

-1 Hour Private Session with PSTA Coach

– Fitness Group – 1 hour footwork session

– Personal Trainer – 1 hour session (weights and fitness programme provided)

– Competition Match-play Saturday

– Optional pilates, yoga and other fitness programmes

 

This includes: -“Home-stay” accomodation – stay with a host family with breakfast and dinner provided.

– Full Membership to Next Gen Memorial Drive Health and Lifestyle Club with use of all facilities: indoor/outdoor pools, world-class gymnasium, 27 tennis courts (Clay, Hard, Natural Grass and Synthetic Grass), spas, saunas, squash courts, lounge/cafe etc. Please look at our club link Next Gen Memorial Drive… www.ngclubs.com.au

 

Training schedules are flexible and can be modified to suit players’ individual needs.

Airport Transfers, Student Support (if wishing to study while here), Tournament Transfer and Tournament Support can also be arranged.

OPTION 1

  • Your Own Tour Group with PSTA Coaches (Large Groups)

We recommend 2 x 2 hour group sessions per day Monday to Friday…

Focus is on intensive technical and tactical development in the Morning Session. With the Afternoon session emphasizing match play and tactics. Warm-up and cool-down will also be incorporated into each session.

 10am – 12pm – On Court Learning/Training

 12pm – 1pm – Lunch

 1pm – 3pm – On Court Learning/Training

 

OPTION 2

  • Your Tour Group Joins Existing PSTA Programme (Small Groups)

We recommend 1 x 2 hour group session and 1 x 2.5 hour group session per day Monday to Friday…

 11am – 1pm – On Court Learning/Training
