We have trained some of the worlds most well known names in tennis. Whether you are looking to give your young athlete the best chance in their tennis career of if you want a fun way to get fit, come and train with us.

  1. Adult Programmes: Term 3 Saturday 27th July – Friday 30th September 2019
“Adult Group Lessons”
for players looking to improve their skills. Players are taken through a coaching programme that emphasises analysis and correction with match play added. Lessons are conducted for one hour per week for an eight week period. maximum of four players per group.
“Rusty Racquets”
ease back into the game! If you havn’t played for some time, or are new to the game, Rusty Rackets is for you. Mixing social play with technique tips, all ages are welcome. Lessons are conducted for one hour per week for an eight week period.
“Cardio Tennis”
no tennis ability required! Get out of the gym and onto the court with this cardio-workout guaranteed to work up a sweat!

  1. After- School Junior Programmes:
“TOTs Tennis”
designed to introduce 3 to 5 year olds to the game of tennis in a fun environment. Lessons are conducted for a half hour per week for an eight week period. Maximum of four children per group. Red Ball
“Hot Shots”
a great way for juniors (6 years and over) to learn tennis, make new friends and participate in a small group. Lessons are conducted for one hour per week for an eight week period. Orange and Green Ball

ACADEMY PROGRAMMES 

        1.Academy Individual Training: Full-time Weekly Training Program

Age: 12 to adult

Level: Intermediate to Elite
