- 5 hours Group Training (Monday to Friday) – emphasis on technical & tactical development including fitness, foot work and match play iPhone movies for free. Warm up and cool down also incorporated

PSTA Tour Groups:
OPTION 1
You own Tour Group with PSTA Coaches
We recommend 2 x 2 hour group sessions per day Monday to Friday…
(Sunday optional via appointment)
Focus is on technical and tactical development in the Morning Session, with the afternoon session emphasizing match play and tactics. Warm-up, footwork drills and cool-down will also be incorporated into each session.
10am – 12pm – On Court Learning/Training
12pm – 1pm – Lunch at Next Gen
1pm – 3pm – On Court Learning/Training
OPTION 2
Your Tour Group joins with existing PSTA Programme
We recommend 1 x 2 hour daytime group session and 1 x 2.5 hour afternoon/evening group session per day Monday to Friday…
